Scholar Tutoring Policy
Scholar Tutoring has advised tutors that tuition can only take place when a parent, guardian or other responsible adult is present at the same address. This will be strictly enforced by all tutors.The tuition will normaly take place in the clients home unless another arrangement between client & tutor has been made. Clients pay tutors direct at the end of each tuition.

If you have to cancel a tuition session, please contact the tutor directly as soon as possible. There is no charge for a cancelled tuition if 24 hours notice has been given. If the tuition's are frequently cancelled the tutor will permanently discontinue the tuition. Tuition can be terminated by giving two weeks notice and in such a case no further money is owed to the tutor nor will there be any rebate of money paid.

Scholar Tutoring have taken steps to ensure that tutors are professionally qualified and are of a suitable character. However the final decision to accept the tutor appointed is the responsibility of the student if over 18 years or that of the parent or guardian.

Scholar Tutoring does not accept any responsibility for any loss or injury that may be incurred to members of your family in any matters connected with this tuition.

The current rate will cease to apply at the end of the present
academic year.
